Lum-28Z M3 2W/4W Terminating Unit & FXO/FXS Signalling Adaptor
The Lum-28Z M3 2W/4W terminating unit is designed to provide a high quality interface between a 4 wire carrier voice frequency circuit and a 2 wire equipment circuit; it is compact, completely passive (needs no power to operate), reliable and offers a range of user selectabhle operating features. The unit contains both transmit and receive circuitry for bi-directional operation and it is designed to accept various types of Lumda optional signalling plug-on subassemblies such as the Lum-28O (FXO), Lum-28S (FXS), and the Lum-28R (E & M RPT) that provide different methods of signalling conversion.

Can configure to operate as a 4-wire circuit by-pass or a 4-wire circuit signal attenuator

Convenient test points for easy monitoring of 4W/2W circuit signal levels
Accepts Lumda optional signalling plug-on subassemblies
Lumda 2RU shelf available to accommodate up to 12 Lum-28Z units and occupies only 3.5 inch of rack space
Lumda 2RU shelf provides with either wire-wrap terminals or 50-pin Amp Champ connectors for ease of installation
